The most common symptoms of Gynecomastia are enlarged male breasts and tenderness in the male breast. However, because Gynecomastia could be a sign of a more serious disorder, particularly in men over 50, it is important to watch for other symptoms such as fatigue, exhaustion, depression, dry, coarse and/or itchy skin and hair, constipation and muscle cramps, which could be a sign of a thyroid problem. In addition, watch for feelings of unusual heaviness in the scrotum, a dull ache in the groin or lower abdomen, pain or discomfort in the scrotum or a sudden collection of fluid in the crotum, which could be a sign of testicular cancer.
